Sofia Votava is 17 years old and is currently a senior at San Juan Hills High School, located in Orange County, California. She has been in Girl Scouts since kindergarten and enjoys serving her community in many ways. Sofia began baking in 5th grade and started teaching other children how to bake in 8th grade. She has hosted baking classes for over 200 kids in her own home and together they have baked close to 4,000 cookies for charities in their local area. Wanting to share her knowledge with more kids, she created The “Knead” for Baking program.
